そこでは8月の第2回公演に向けて、クラウドファンディングを行うことを発表しました。

The reason I'm streaming live today is because I have an important announcement to make. O-VILS. is going to start a crowdfunding campaign!
I'll explain why we decided to start crowdfunding.
O-VILS. started in earnest in April of this year. I started O-VILS. because I wanted to spread the idea of a "brass band that can play and dance" around the world.
Another reason is to create a place where people can continue to play music. Marching and brass bands use instruments that can only produce one sound per person. It takes three notes to make a chord. I think that is where brass bands can bring excitement to everyone. However, it requires a large number of people.
I always felt that it was very difficult to continue playing brass band outside of the high school club setting. The fact that it requires a large number of people is the reason why I had a hard time trying.
It was with this dream in mind that I founded this O-VILS. . However, there were many problems that needed to be solved, such as securing a place to practice and transporting instruments. I had prepared for the project based on my own experience, but when I actually started, I found it more difficult than I had imagined.
I was also conflicted about doing crowdfunding. However, after our performance on April 3, I became more determined to show a better stage and to have more people join us. We found out what we wanted to do, such as the size of the stage, the number of practices, etc., and decided to do crowdfunding for it.
As some of you may already know from the news, we will be performing in Kyoto on August 27th and 28th. There will be three performances in two days. Thankfully, I received a lot of requests from people who wanted to go see the show last time. So we got a big venue. Please wait a little longer for the announcement.
